I’m sharing a list of things that personally help me raise my vibration and pull myself out of low-energy moments. That doesn’t mean they always work instantly—sometimes it takes time. So, be gentle with yourself and don’t expect immediate changes. What matters most is taking that first step with love and patience for yourself, above all.

🌿Essential oils

They’ve been used for thousands of years. Lavender is excellent for relaxation and is my personal favorite. Other high-vibration oils include patchouli, sandalwood, clove, peppermint, and citrus oils. Read more about aromatherapy: https://tanjasdiary.com/2024/10/17/aromatherapy/

🌿Candles

The warm, soothing glow of candlelight uplifts the energy in a space. Just lighting a candle can raise your room’s vibration. Sometimes it even makes me feel nostalgic—back during the power outages in Serbia in 1999, I was a 9-year-old doing my homework by candlelight, rushing to save every bit because even candles weren’t to be wasted.

🌿Himalayan salt lamps

These lamps emit negative ions, which are beneficial for both body and spirit.

They also create a beautiful, ambient glow.

🌿Nature

🌿Indoor plants

They bring nature indoors, purify the air, and uplift the energy of your home. One of my favorites is the Sansevieria, also known as “Mother-in-law’s tongue” in Serbia. XD

🌿Music

Listen to high-vibration music—new age, soft jazz—and feel your mood shift almost instantly.

🌿 Frequencies

Frequencies used for lifting your mood often come from the world of sound healing and binaural beats. Listening to specific frequencies can be incredibly helpful. Try searching on YouTube or Spotify for: “528 Hz positive energy” or “432 Hz happiness frequency.”

🌿Meditation

It helps you relax, reconnect with yourself, and release stress. Different techniques work for different people—find what resonates with you.

🌿 Visualization

Imagining yourself living the life you desire activates the feelings that elevate your vibration and bring you closer to that experience.

🌿 Affirmations

Write positive statements in the present tense. Speak them aloud, write them down, listen to them—they tune your energy to the frequency of what you want to attract.

🌿 Reading

Even if you don’t feel like reading, still- pick up that book. Perhaps try a different genre—maybe poetry will touch your heart. At the very least, let the book rest on your lap. To me, books are like cats—they absorb every negative thought. That’s how I see it, anyway.

🌿Exercise

Podeliću sa vama spisak stvari koje meni lično pomažu da podignem svoju vibraciju i izađem iz trenutaka kada se osećam loše. Ne kažem da uvek deluju odmah – nekada je potrebno vreme. 🌿Eterična ulja

🌿Sveće

Svetlost sveća pruža topao, umirujući sjaj. Sam čin paljenja sveće može da podigne vibraciju prostora. Ponekad se čak i osećam nostalgičnom kad su bile restrikcije struje tokom bombardovanja 1999.god u Srbiji pa sam kao dete od 9 godina radila domaće pod svećom i to što pre da uštedimo jer ni sveća nije bilo za rasipanje.

Pored toga, pružaju prelep ambijentalni sjaj.

🌿Priroda

🌿Sobne biljke

Unose prirodu u vaš prostor, pročišćavaju vazduh i podižu energiju doma. Meni jedna od omiljenih jeste Sanseverija poznata i kao “svekrvin jezik”.

🌿Muzika

Slušajte muziku visoke vibracije — new age, lagani džez i osetićete trenutnu promenu raspoloženja. 

🌿Frekvencije

Frekvencije koje se koriste za podizanje raspoloženja dolaze najčešće iz oblasti sound healing-a(zvukoterapije) i muzike sa binauralnim ritmovima. Pomaže vam da se smirite, povežete sa sobom i otpustite stres.

Pišite pozitivne izjave u sadašnjem vremenu. Izgovarajte ih, zapisujte, slušajte — one vas podešavaju na frekvenciju onoga što želite. 

🌿Čitanje 

Čak iako vam se čita, uzmite knjigu, probajte drugi žanr, moźda vas baš poezija dotakne. Svakako je otvorite i pustite da leži na krilu. One su kao mačke, upijaju svaku negativnu misao. Bar ja to tako vidim.
