How to Order Essential Oils

What I highly recommend and what offers the most value, both for your health due to the quantity and variety of oils you will receive, and for your wallet, is the Start Package. So, what exactly is the Start Package? My journey with essential oils and a diffuser began with the desire for my baby to have a humidifier. And as it usually happens, Instagram led me to Young Living. I had previously used essential oils and was aware of their effectiveness back in college, so ordering was the next logical step. I immediately noticed the impact of lavender on sleep, and yes, I put 1-2 drops of lavender in the diffuser in my baby’s room before bedtime to help her have a calmer sleep. The diffuser also reduced her coughing at night since her throat often dried out.

I wrote in the previous blog about what essential oils are, but it’s worth repeating that they are highly concentrated substances obtained from different parts of plants, 100% natural, and extremely powerful due to their complex chemical structure. They have been used for centuries to support the health of the body and mind.

What is the Price of the Start Package?

The price depends on the diffuser you choose and ranges from €222 (which includes all costs) to €348. These prices apply to Serbia. In neighboring countries, prices vary depending on VAT and customs duties.

Which Oils Come in the Start Package?

The Start Package with Dewdrop, Desert Mist, and Aria diffusers includes the same set of oils, while a special set comes in the children’s Start Package with the Owl diffuser.

The Start Package contains 11 oils, designed to support specific systems in the body:

• Lavender is one of those oils you can use every day. It’s great for all diffuser combinations, especially when you want to relax. You can also use it in skincare and haircare products, and it’s safe for the youngest family members. Put a couple of drops in the diffuser before bed with frankincense or copaiba, and during the day, combine it with lemon and peppermint. It’s excellent support for the respiratory system when used with R.C.

• Lemon can be used to clean all types of grease; just add a few drops, wait about 30 seconds, and wipe clean. It’s ideal for morning and daytime diffuser combinations and is perfect for purifying the air when blended with Purification. Try it in the diffuser with peppermint and lavender, or add a drop or two with Stress Away or Orange for an explosion of citrus notes in your home.

• Frankincense is the essential oil of Arabian incense that you can incorporate into beauty rituals or use for meditation and spiritual practices. Rub a few drops into your palms, place your hands over your nose, and take a deep breath to enjoy the luxurious aroma that promotes a sense of grounding and purpose. You can also add a few drops to your favorite moisturizer for healthier-looking skin and a more even complexion.

• Copaiba is a mild oil with a balsamic scent that acts as an enhancer, meaning it boosts the properties of other oils. You can combine it with lavender, frankincense, and Thieves, and it’s excellent support for healthy sleep, the immune system, and your skin, making it usable in all skincare products.

• Peppermint has a refreshing scent, ideal for morning diffuser blends when you want to wake up and increase concentration. Combine it with lemon, Stress Away, lavender, or R.C. Additionally, it’s great for supporting the digestive system as well as bones and muscles, and can be used diluted on the skin. I often use it whenever I feel tension in my head.

• R.C. can be used in your diffuser alone or combined with lavender whenever you need support for your respiratory system. Its refreshing scent makes it suitable for daily diffuser blends or you can create a roller with lavender to apply on your chest and sinuses when needed. Put a few drops in the bottom of the shower to create refreshing steam that will wake you up.

• Blue Relief is a blend of seven carefully selected essential oils: copaiba, bergamot, clove, peppermint, west Indian lemongrass, German chamomile, and ginger. This unique combination provides a pleasant sensation of warmth and cooling at the same time. If you’re looking for an oil that soothes the skin, Blue Relief is the ideal choice for you.

• Stress Away is known as a vacation in a bottle. Use it in the diffuser whenever you want to relax. It pairs wonderfully with citrus oils, peppermint, or lavender. This is the only oil in the Start Package that contains a carrier oil, so you can use it on your skin without dilution. Attach the roller top included in your package and create a perfume for emotional support.

• A few drops of DiGize blend diluted in a carrier oil can be gently massaged onto the stomach area whenever you need support for your digestive system. You can repeat this process several times a day, depending on your needs. The first roller I made was with this blend and peppermint, and I was thrilled. I use it whenever I have any stomach discomfort, especially during that time of the month.

• Purification should be used in the diffuser after cooking, when cleaning, or whenever you feel the need for deep cleaning of the air in your space. It’s also excellent in a room freshening spray and can be used for problematic skin by adding it to a cream. Use it to refresh trash cans, closets, and shoe racks by putting a drop or two on a cotton ball. Apply a drop of this blend on a cotton swab to treat a pimple for quicker drying.

• Thieves smells like a Christmas morning and is excellent support for the immune system. Use it in the diffuser several times a week combined with orange, lemon, or peppermint. You can also create a roller for immunity by adding copaiba and lemon to apply on your feet 1-2 times a day. Thieves and Stress Away make a magical diffuser blend you must try.

Each of these bottles contains about 90 drops. You will only use 3-7 drops in the diffuser, which means this set can really last a long time. Along with it, you will also receive a roller top, some useful materials, sample bottles, and two packets of our NingXia Red drink made from goji berries from the Ningxia province in China.

Kako da poručim etarska ulja?

Ono što vam toplo preporučujem i što se najviše isplati, i za vaše zdravlje zbog količine i raznovrsnosti ulja koja ćete dobiti plus zbog vašeg “dzepa”, jeste Start Paket. Šta je to zapravo? Start Paket uključuje pažljivo odabrana eterična ulja i difuzer po vašoj želji, osmišljen za sve koji žele krenuti sa aromaterapijom, zameniti hemikalije i okrenuti se prevenciji nekih bolesti unoseći prirodne arome u svoj dom.

Moj put sa eteričnim uljima i difuzerom započeo je iz želje da moja bebica ima ovlaživač vazduha. I kako to obično bude, instagram mi je sam nasao put do young livinga. Inače sam ranije i konzumirala etarska ulja a i upoznata sam bila koliko su delotvorna jos na fakultetu, pa je poručivanje bio sledeći logičan korak. Odmah sam primetila uticaj lavande na san, i da, stavljam od 1-2 kapi lavande pred spavanje u difuzor u bebinoj sobi da bih joj koliko toliko pomogla da ima mirniji san  a pri tom difuzor joj je i smanjio kašalj tokom noći jer joj se često grlo sušilo.

Lavanda je jedno od onih ulja koje možete koristiti svaki dan. Odlična je za sve difuzor kombinacije, posebno kada se želite opustiti. Možete je koristiti i u proizvodima za negu kože i kose, a sigurna je i za najmanje članove porodice. Stavite par kapi u difuzer pre spavanja sa tamjanom ili kopaibom, a u toku dana je kombinujte sa limunom i pepermintom. Uz R.C. je odlična podrška disajnim putevima. 

Limun možete koristiti za čišćenje svih masnoća, samo nakapajte nekoliko kapi, pričekajte 30ak sekundi i očistite. Limun je idealan za jutarnje i dnevne difuzer kombinacije, a sa Purification blendom je idealan za pročišćavanje vazduha u prostoru. Isprobajte ga u difuzeru s Pepermintom i Lavandom, dodajte koju kap uz Stress Away ili Narandžu za eksploziju citrusnih nota u vašem domu.

Frankincense je eterično ulje arapskog tamjana koje možete uvesti u ritualima lepote do mirisa koji unaprjeđuje meditaciju i duhovne prakse. Utrljajte nekoliko kapi u dlanove, sklopite ruke preko nosa i duboko udahnite miris da biste uživali u raskošnoj aromi koja potiče osećaj prizemljenosti i svrhe. Ili dodajte nekoliko kapi omiljenoj hidratantnoj kremi radi zdravijeg izgleda kože i ujednačenijeg tena.

Kopaiba je blago ulje balzamičnog mirisa koje deluje kao ulje pojačivač što znači da pojačava svojstva drugih ulja. Kombinovati je možete sa lavandom, tamjanom i Thievesom, a odlična je podrška zdravom snu i imunom sistemu kao i vašoj koži pa je možete koristiti u svim proizvodima za negu.

Pepermint je osvežavajućeg mirisa, idealno za jutarnje difuzer blendove kada se želite razbuditi i podići koncentraciju. Kombinujte ga sa limunom, Stress Away blendom, lavandom ili R.C. blendom. Osim toga, odličan je za podršku probavnom sistemu kao i kostima i mišićima pa ga možete koristiti i razređenog na koži. Ja ga često koristim čim osetim napetost u glavi.

R.C. stavite u svoj difuzer samog ili u kombinaciji sa lavandom kad god vam zatreba podrška disajnim putevima. Osvežavajućeg je mirisa pa ga možete uključiti i u dnevne difuzer blendove ili pak napraviti roller sa lavandom kojeg ćete nanositi na prsa i sinuse kad osetite potrebu. Na dno kade (tuš kabine) stavite par kapi za vreme tuširanja i stvorite osvežavajuću paru koja će vas razbuditi.

Blue relief je mešavina sedam pažljivo odabranih eteričnih ulja: kopaibe, bergamota, karanfilića, peperminta, zapadnoindijske limunske trave, nemačke kamilice i đumbira. Ova jedinstvena kombinacija pruža ugodan osećaj istovremenog zagrevanja i hlađenja. Ako tražite ulje koje umiruje kožu, Blue Relief idealan je izbor za vas.

Stress Away zovemo godišnjim odmorom u bočici. Koristite ga u difuzeru kad god se poželite opustiti. Odličan je u kombinaciji s citrusima, peppermintom ili pak lavandom. Ovo je jedino ulje iz Start paketa koje u sebi ima bazno ulje pa ga možete koristiti na koži bez razređivanja. Nataknite roller nastavak kog ste dobili u svom paketu i napravitei parfem za emotivnu podršku.

Par kapi DiGize blenda razredite u baznom ulju i kružnim pokretima lagano umasirajte na područje stomaka kad god osetite potrebu za podrškom vašem probavnom sistemu. Ovaj proces možete ponavljati nekoliko puta dnevno, ovisno o vašim potrebama. Prvi roler koji sam ja napravila bio je upravo sa ovim blendom i pepermintom i oduševila sam se. Koristim ga kada god imam bilo kakvih stomačnih tegoba i za vreme onih dana u mesecu.

Purification stavite u difuzer nakon kuvanja, kada čistite ili kad god osetite potrebu za dubinskim čišćenjem vazduha u prostoru. Odličan je i u spreju za osvežavanje prostora, a možete ga koristiti i za  problematičnu kožu na način da ga dodate u kremu. Koristite ga za osvežavanje kante za smeće, ormara, cipelara tako što ćete kapnuti kap dve na blazinicu. Na štapić za uho kapnite kap ovog blenda i namažite bubuljicu da se brže osuši.

Thieves miriše kao božićno jutro, a odlična je podrška imunom sistemu. Koristite ga u difuzeru nekoliko puta nedeljno u kombinaciji sa narandžom, limunom ili pepermintom. Možete napraviti i roller za imunitet uz dodatak kopaibe i limuna kojeg ćete nanositi na stopala 1-2 x dnevno. Thieves i Stress Away čine jedan čaroban difuzor blend kog morate isprobati.

Svaka od ovih bočica ima cca 90 kapi. U difuzer ćete stavljati svega 3-7 kapi što znači da vam ovaj set stvarno može dugo trajati.
