
Feeling stuck in the rut of routine can be tough, right? It’s like every day blends into the next, leaving you longing for a spark of excitement and fulfillment. Seems everything you do is monotonous, without seeing any progress, feeling a melancholy for a better life, something different and more fulfilling?
You have probably read many times that the first step to achieving your dream life is by actually writing down how you want your life to look, from the habits you’d like to have, descriptions of your home, partner, food, travels, children, pets, work, time you have, to your health and appearance. However, how many of you have actually taken a pen and paper and started writing about it?
Most of us truly dislike it, we all come home tired from work, we have smarter things to do in life, etc. It’s all true, but if we’re dissatisfied with the pace of our development for a long time, we’ll reach a point where we can’t bear the situation anymore. People are usually sad, irritable, that’s the standard “I don’t know what’s wrong with me.” But you know exactly what’s wrong with you.
That is the reason why I am writing this, I’ve been thinking about how to free ourselves from the shackles of society and “what we should be doing” instead of setting ourselves big goals that we really want to achieve. Whatever your goals are, keep in mind that it takes a lot of small steps to reach them.
That’s why my recommendation is to read Atomic Habits, which will really open your eyes, more about this book here: Book Club #1.
If you’re struggling with what to do to improve your quality of life, I would recommend the following steps that I’m working on:
1. Truly write down what your dream life would look like, down to the smallest details, and don’t leave out even the tiniest thing. Because writing is a very powerful tool for achieving everything we want. If it doesn’t work the first time, try again, and read what you’ve written every day if possible!
2. Read for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour every day.
3. Write in a journal every day, I wrote about the benefits: The Power of Journaling: Reasons to Start and Tips for Consistency.
4. Walk every day, consciously, for at least 30 minutes, the benefits of walking are described here: The Science of Walking.
5. Exercise. Start your fitness journey and determine according to your schedule and your desire what you would like to engage in, choose the right sport. More about why and how I started my journey will be described in the next blog.
6. Meditation/prayer for 10-15 minutes every day. You can use various meditation apps like Calm, Insight Timer, or YouTube, Spotify… everything is at your fingertips.
You might think – this is really a lot of steps to do every day, however, remember that only consistency and perseverance will lead you to fantastic results. If you’re not satisfied with your current life situation, set aside 1-2 hours a day that you would otherwise spend watching movies and series, and believe me, you’ll feel a change in just a few days. A change in your energy. And that creative and constructive urge that actually drives us forward will come back to you. And imagine what these small changes could bring you in the long run!
Of course, you can change the list and include something you’d prefer to do more and would enjoy, my example was the simplest one where there’s not too much complication and which is very sustainable for everyone.

Pocnite da zivite svoj zivot iz snova: tranformacija od vizije do realnosti
Da li ste se ikada osecali kao da ste zapeli? Kao da sve sto radite je jednolicno, ne vidite da ima tu nekog napretka, osecate neku melanholiju za boljim zivotom, malo drugacijim, bogatijim, ispunjenijim?
Citali ste sigurno puno puta da prvi korak za zivot iz snova se zapocinje tako sto cete zaista zapisati kako zelite da vas zivot izgleda, od navika koje biste voleli da imate, opisa vaseg doma, partnera, hrane, putovanja, dece, kucnih ljubimaca, posla, vremena kojeg imate, do vaseg zdravlja i izgleda. Medjutim, koliko vas je zaista uzelo papir u ruke i krenulo da pise o tome?
Vecinom nas zaista mrzi, svi dodjemo sa posla umorni, imamo pametnijih stvari u zivotu sa radimo itd. Istina, sve je to istina, ali ukoliko smo duze vremena nezadovoljni kojim tempom se razvijamo, docicemo do tacke da ne mozemo vise da podnesemo situaciju u kojoj smo. Ljudi su tada obicno tuzni, razdrazljivi, to je ono standardno -“ ma ne znam sta mi je”. A dobro znate sta vam je.
Ovo pisem jer sam razmisljala na temu kako da se oslobodimo tih okova drustva i “sta bismo trebali da radimo” umesto da postavimo sebi velike ciljeve koje zaista zelimo da ostavarimo. I kakvi god tvoji ciljevi bili, imaj na umu da je potrebno puno malih koraka kako bi dosli do njih.

Ukoliko se borite sa tim sta da uradim da bih poboljsao svoj kvalitet zivota, ja bih vam preporucila sledece korake na kojima ja radim:
1.Zaista napisite kako bi izgleda vas zivot iz snova, do najsitnijih detalja i nemojte izostaviti ma ni najmanju sitnicu. Jer pisanje je jako mocan alat za ostvarivanje svega onog sto zelimo. Ako ne ide od prve, pokusajtee ponovno i citajte ono sto ste napisali ako je moguce svaki dan!
2.Citajte svaki dan minimum 30min-1h.
3.Pisite dnevnik svaki dan, pisala sam o benefitima: Moc Pisanja Dnevnika: Zasto poceti i kako odrzati doslednost?
4.Setajte svaki dan, i to svesno, minimalno 30min, prednosti setnje su opisani ovde na blogu Nauka o Hodanju.
5.Trening. Zapocnite svoje fitnes putovanje i odredite prema svom rasporedu i vasoj zelji cime biste hteli da se bavite, odaberite pravi sport za vas. Vise o tome kako i zasto sam ja pocela svoj put u narednom blogu.
6.Meditacija/molitva 10-15min svaki dan. Mozete se posluziti raznim aplikacijama za meditacije poput Calm, Insight Timer ili yt, spotify..sve vam je na dohvat ruke.
Pomislicete – ovo je zaista jako puno koraka da radim svaki dan, medjutim, zapamtite samo da ce jedino konzistentnost i upornost da vas dovede do fantasticnih rezultata. Ko nije zadovoljan trenutnim stanjem u svom zivotu, neka odvoji eto ukupno 1-2h dnevno sto bi inace potrosili na gledanje filmova i serija, i verujte mi oseticete promenu vec za par dana. Promenu u svojoj energiji. I vratice vam se taj kreativni i stvaralacki nagon koji nas zapravo gura napred. A zamislite tek sta bi vam ove male promene donele na duze staze!
Svakako da vi spisak mozete menjati i ubaciti nesto sto biste vise voleli da radite i prijalo bi vam, moj je primer bio onaj najjednostavniji gde nema previse komplikovanja i koji je vrlo odrziv za sve.
