Most people from Serbia will immediately think of a specific song under this title, with the continuation “Nije ti dobro, a izlazis napolje” (You’re not well, and you’re going out). True, I was so warm because I had a fever of 39.2. Hell in my head, soul, and body. Because winter this year resembled more of a deceptive spring where many viruses and bacteria thrive, crossbreed, and create new resistant strains.
I can’t remember the last time I was sick, especially since I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and regularly take my vitamins. Yet, I am a pharmacist.
However, of course, reality is different. I got terribly sick. While I writhed in pain and tried the healthier methods of treatment first, because that’s what we all are bringing from our family, those homemade medicines, and I thought about how to help further my immune system.
And conducting experiments, in terms of which ingredients would bring the most benefits with the best taste, and which ones would truly suit you when you have no appetite, are as follows:
1. Ginger shot, made by cutting a piece of ginger, peeling it, grating it, and pouring lemon juice over it. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve with the addition of water, as much as you prefer. You can add honey if you like, but it doesn’t suit me. Also, you can prepare it for a few days, and have it every morning before eating. The taste is a bit stronger due to ginger, but delicious. An incredible source of vitamin C.

2. Red smoothie is a fantastic meal in a glass rich in blueberries and orange juice, healthy sources of carbohydrates, and powerful antioxidants. Change the ingredients depending on what you have, any citrus and berries.

3. Green smoothie, as the name suggests, consists of greens, spinach, kale, apples, kiwi, and dates if you have them. Kiwi and dates provide natural sweetness, and you can add almond milk if you like. The smoothie will boost your immune system, provide you with folates and vitamins B6, A, C, act anti-inflammatory, and increase your appetite.

39,2
Vecina ljudi iz Srbije ce odmah pomisliti na jednu specificnu pesmu pod ovim nazivom, i nastavkom “Nije ti dobro, a izlazis napolje”. Istina, toliko topla sam ja, jer sam bas imala 39,2. Pakao u glavi, dusi i telu.
Medjutim.

Smuti ce vam bustovati imunitet, unecete folate i vitamine B6, A, C, mnoge minerale, deluje protivupalno i povecace vam apetit.
